Precision Blades “RE-SAW” blades are manufactured with M42 Bi-Metal steel. It is the perfect blade choice for disassembling pallets. The blade was designed with a fine tooth pitch that easily cuts through nails with minimum resistance and binding. The best recommended choice for fast prolonged production is a blade having a 1 ¼” width, .042 thickness, and either a 5/8 variable or 6 constant pitch.

“Re-Saw” blade material is manufactured using high cobalt ore. The chemical composition of the finished product possesses a unique metallurgical structure exclusive for all Precision Blade products. Our state of the art manufacturing processes is methodical in guaranteeing every tooth is properly sized and extra sharp. Precision Blades proprietary welding process also delivers a stronger bond which withstands higher feed rates than other blades on the market.

“Re-Saw” is available with:

  • Re-Saw’s tooth configuration are set (one left, one right, etc.)
  • Widths of 1/2” to 1 1/4″
  • 6 pitches of 6 Constant or 4-6, 5-8, 6-10, 8-12, 10-14 Variable pitch (Teeth/Inch)
  • Thickness gauges, depending on width, of .035”, .042”, .050”
  • Single edge only
